Job Overview

AlphaReaction is seeking a Senior Web Application Developer to lead development of complex web platforms, mentor engineering teams, and establish scalable technical architecture for AI-powered products.

Responsibilities

  • Lead architecture and development of enterprise web applications.
  • Design scalable backend systems and APIs.
  • Review code and establish engineering best practices.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level developers.
  • Identify performance, scalability, and security improvements.
  • Collaborate with product, AI, DevOps, QA, and design teams.

Requirements

  • BSc in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5–8 years of professional web application development experience.
  • Strong experience with Laravel, PHP, JavaScript, REST APIs, and databases.
  • Experience designing scalable application architectures.
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

BSc in CSE or related field with 5+ years of professional web application development experience.
