Business Analyst

Job Overview

AlphaReaction is hiring a Business Analyst to work with stakeholders, product teams, and engineering teams to identify business requirements and transform them into measurable technology solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Prepare BRD, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
  • Coordinate between business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Analyze workflows and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Support product planning and feature prioritization.
  • Participate in testing and solution validation.

Requirements

  • BSc in Computer Science, Business Administration, MIS, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of business analysis experience.
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with professional experience in business analysis, product development, or technology consulting.
